Rima is getting married

Well, some of you maybe already know (or not) that I have several close girl friends in my uni days. We called our group as Frenemy.

Wait, what's that? Frenemy?

That's stands for Friends and/but Enemy...

So you guys are friends or enemies?

Both. Because sometimes we're like to argue (A LOT), mad to each other like an enemy but we are more often like a friend.

I'll introduce you to one of frenemy's member, Rima. She is from Boyolali. She is Geminian. She never gets mad, she is very kindhearted, and she's always patience to face my personality. Hehe.

In late December of 2018, she got married to her boyfie (now husband) whose name is Rendi....?  or Randi or Randy or Rendy... Sorry, I don't know the spelling. Lol. 🙏

She is the first one who getting married among us. We never imagine this before but I always have the feel that she would be the first one. And my feeling is proved!

On 27th December, she married in Boyolali which is around  31 kilometers away from Solo. We, me and other frenemy's kids, except Devi who is currently based in Jakarta, can make it to her wedding. We decided to go there by bus.

45 minutes later, we arrived at the venue after stopping at the terminal bus then taking the go-car. We were little bit lost before reach the correct venue because there were another wedding which held not far from Rima's.

We arrived at around 11AM and the wedding party was already begin. All of the guests already sit in the chairs, and Rima and her husband is on their place in the front of us. She look so happy and gorgeous and of course, so beautiful that day.

It was my first time to be invited to a  traditional Javanese wedding. We, the guests, just sitting calmly and waiting for the food serve to us.. No need to rush or line for food hehe.  To this, the locals says it as "piring terbang". As a person who have Javanese blood but born and raised within Jakarta's culture, that was a new thing for me even though I already know about the "piring terbang" things. So epic!

In the end, I don't  know whether you will read this or not but I wish you a sakinnah, mawadah, warrahmah marriage life, Rim. May Allah always protect and bless you and your little family. Be a good momma to your future little ones.
